Lāči Bakery presents two new healthy buns with iodized salt


Pride of the Lāči Bakery – two new healthy buns with iodized salt available for tasting in the National Stand of Latvia at “Riga Food 2021”.

Fibre bun "V" is made from rye, wheat, barley and oats. "V" bun is hemp protein bread; its nutritional benefits are as follows:

• high in fibre;
• reduced amount of sugar;
• contains hemp protein;
• with iodized salt.

Wholemeal rye bread "B" is made from BIO rye flour and enriched with B vitamins. Its nutritional benefits are as follows:

• 100% wholemeal rye flour;
• 100% organic flour;
• high in fibre;
• contains sprouted grains;
• contains B vitamins;
• with iodized salt.
