Balttour Forum to spotlight developments in the tourism industry

On 29 January, will host the Balttour 2020 Forum, where professionals will discuss the recent developments in the tourism sector, tourism trends and will assess the most efficient marketing solutions.





The Forum will be particularly useful for the tourism organisers, tourism product developers and service providers in regions, professionals at Latvian tourism agencies and other specialists in related industries.

This year, the Forum participants will discuss how to address children and adolescents more effectively with digital marketing in the tourism sector, or how to use the services of Latvian influencers to promote tourism products, how to use various digital opportunities in a practical and effective way to manage the popularity of tourism products, and other topical issues.

Representatives from new destinations recently added to the airBaltic’s flight map will present tourism news and travel opportunities in their countries.

The Balttour 2020 forum is held by the Association of Latvian Travel Agents and Tour Operators ALTA and International Exhibition Company BT 1 in cooperation with Latvia’s top tourism experts, Magnetic Latvia, Digital Journey, Tourism Research Centre at Turība University, BalticTravelnews.com and airBaltic.

The Balttour Forum will be followed by the 27th International Travel Trade Fair “Balttour 2020” to be held at Kipsala International Exhibition Centre from 31 January to 2 February.
