Meet the Rundāle Palace Museum representatives at Balttour 2026

At the Balttour 2026 exhibition, visitors can learn about Rundāle Palace, Mežotne Palace, and the latest museum news, upcoming events, and visitor services. Every day, costumed characters in 18th-century attire will bring the Baroque era to life.

Rundāle Palace Museum combines three significant cultural heritage sites – Rundāle Palace, Mežotne Palace, and the Dukes of Courland Mausoleum in Jelgava Palace – offering a rich experience of history and art.

Rundāle Palace – Latvia’s finest Baroque and Rococo monument, listed in the UNESCO National Register, featuring restored 18th-century interiors, decorative art collections, and a French-style garden.

Mežotne Palace – an elegant example of Classical architecture on the banks of the Lielupe, with ceremonial halls, exhibitions, and landscaped park walks.

Dukes of Courland Mausoleum in Jelgava Palace – unique burial site of ruling dynasties with preserved original inscriptions and coats of arms of the Ketler and Biron families.

Throughout the year, spaces are available for private events, and visitors can enjoy cultural programs – senior events, family afternoons, Garden Festivals, and classical music concerts.
