We offer you to publish your company's logo or service / product mark in the electronic catalog of the exhibition!

1) The logo or mark will be published in the electronic catalog of the exhibition next to the name of your company.

In the lobby of the exhibition centre or elsewhere in the exhibition

Place advertising images, posters, billboards, roll-ups, displays, mobile advertising stands or even special advertising objects in the lobby of the exhibition centre, where most of visitors are circulating during the exhibition, outside at the main entrance or elsewhere in the exhibition!


Placement fee EUR 60 * + EUR 72 * for each 1m² of advertising space
The minimum calculation size is 1 m².

Placement is possible if:
1) the chosen place is available;
2) the content of the advertisement to be placed does not contradict the content of the exhibition and the industries represented in it.

Rent conference rooms

Organize seminars, presentations, professional congresses and meetings during the exhibition! We rent out special facilities and provide services.

Conference rooms

  • Conference Room 1 – ventilation, climate control, accommodates 250 persons
  • Conference Room 2 - ventilation, accommodates 100 persons
  • Conference Room 3 (Mezzanine, Hall II) - ventilation, accommodates 300 persons

Conference rooms are available in the order of submitting booking applications.

The average regular rental price of conference rooms is EUR 300 per hour.
We offer participants a 50% discount during the exhibition:
- EUR 150 per hour on Friday;
- EUR 100 per hour on Saturday and Sunday.

All prices quoted do not include VAT 21%.
The rental price includes appropriate conference equipment.
More technical equipment, as well as catering, translation, printing, etc., are available for additional charges.
