For participation of one exhibitor or co-exhibitor
– 150 €
Non-equipped exhibition space prices
*minimum space - 30 m²
Participant receives:
- project group support and consultations for participation in the exhibition;
- participant badges, parking passes;
- guest cards for your customers (quantity depends on the size of your exhibition space; additional cards can be purchased half price from the base ticket price); also:
- information about your company in the exhibition e-catalogue;
- publishing information about your company or products on our website adding a link to your company's website.

Basic stand types
The basic stand building (25 € / m²) includes assembly and dismantling of the stand, lighting and the company's name on the cornice of the stand.

Additional Equipment
We offer additional services and equipment for each stand: stand constructions, furniture, carpets, electricity and creating advertising banners, hanging objects in ceilings and receiving other services.

Stand based on a pre-prepared project
Basic stand set up includes the assembly and dismantling of the “Octanorm” stand, lighting and the company’s name on the cornice of the stand.

Advertise
Boost the popularity and attendance of your stand at the trade fair – use the opportunity to publish and advertise in the trade fair’s informative space and environment!
Website, social networks and media
Get your target audience interested before visiting the exhibition so that they look for your stand at Balttour exhibition!
- Send your news, information about travel opportunities and new products that you will present to the visitors of the exhibition
- Send your news about special offers if you are planning attractive prices for your goods and services
- Send attractive and distinctive photos and videos that illustrate your offer in the exhibition.
We will publish your information free of charge on the Balttour website, Facebook and Instagram accounts. We will also use it in the official press releases, which are sent to the national and regional media and, in case of publication, provide an even larger audience for your information.

E-Catalogue
We offer you to publish your company's logo or service / product mark in the electronic catalog of the exhibition!
- The logo or mark will be published in the electronic catalog of the exhibition next to the name of your company.
- Clicking on the logo will open your specified website.
- Quick and direct access to your information will increase brand awareness!
Logo publishing price: 21 € + VAT 21 %
Important!
The logo or service / product mark can be placed only next to a specific exhibitor (co-exhibitor) entry in the e-catalogue.

Rent conference rooms
Organize seminars, presentations, professional congresses and meetings during the exhibition! We rent out special facilities and provide services.

Conference rooms:
- Conference Room 1 – ventilation, climate control, accommodates 200 persons
- Conference Room 2 - ventilation, accommodates 70 persons
- Conference Room 3 (Mezzanine, Hall II) - ventilation, accommodates 400 persons
Conference rooms are available in the order of submitting booking applications.
The average regular rental price of conference rooms is 500 € per hour. We offer participants a 50% discount during the exhibition:
– 250 € per hour on Friday; – 150 € per hour on Saturday and Sunday. All prices quoted do not include VAT 21%.
The rental price includes appropriate conference equipment.
More technical equipment, as well as catering, translation, printing, etc., are available for additional charges. Contact the project manager.
